Welcome to Demlition Transformation!

I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I’m Ken, the owner and creator of  Demlition Transformation. I am so excited to be on this journey with you!  

A little bit about myself: I was born and raised in Wisconsin and currently living in Wausau Wisconsin with my wife, son Kobe, and our Corgi puppy Rocky. In my free time, I love spending time outdoors and traveling with my family. With over 17 years in the fitness industry, it’s my passion to help you reach your goals. Whatever stage you are at in your health and wellness journey, know that you’re in good hands. My goal for you is to make healthy living an EASY part of your life, to take the stress out of it, and FINALLY feel and see results, without feeling restricted. 

I don’t want you to see this as another diet and exercise plan, rather, I want this to be your new lifestyle. You have taken the first step, so let’s see where having a custom plan, being consistent, and working on small changes will take you. I know you can do it!
