You will get: A personalized fitness, function, food, fluids, focus, and fatigue plan. You will meet with your Fitness Professional once a month. You will go over your plans, any progressions, make any necessary adjustments, and go through any changes.
You will get: A more guided and structured plan with a little more accountability. You will get everything you get with the Monthly Check in plan but you get to meet with your Fitness Professional once a week instead of once a month. This gives you more accountability and focus with your FP.
You choose how many sessions would be best. You can go as high as 3 sessions a week with your Fitness Professional, all the way down to once a month. Based on your goals and needs we will help design the best plan for you! Either way, know you are in good hands and we will find the best plan to reach your health goals!
Join an Unlimited amount of Themed Team Sessions with a bigger group of others. Challenge yourself by working with a bigger group, targeting different areas of the body, and have fun reaching your goals!
With every option comes a Custom Fitness Plan. This plan will include your in session workouts (the workout you will do during your session with the Fitness Professional), your outside workouts (workouts you will do on your own), and anything else fitness related in order to reach your fitness goals!
Everyone needs mobility, flexibility, and function in order to recover properly. We add in functional movements to your workouts and include your function plan within your fitness plan. Everyone will have specific movements and stretches they will need to do in order to improve.
Everyone will get a Food Assessment when they start. This will help guide you on what you need to eat in order to reach your fitness goals. We will help with nutritional guidance, give you our recommendations when it comes to proper foods, and give you the accountability you need to stick to a healthy food plan.
Hydration is another big key to reaching your success with our program. We will help you by tracking your hydration, make sure you are getting the right amount of fluids, and what proper fluids will be best for you along your journey.
Mental Health is another key component when it comes to recovery. If you are not mentally sharp a fitness program can be difficult. We help by guiding you in the right direction when it comes to your mental health. You will get a mental health assessment in the beginning so we can create you a plan to follow during our program.
No one wants to deal with fatigue. Our Fatigue plans will help get rid of your fatigue and get you that better sleep and better rest you deserve. We have you track your sleep, track your energy levels through out each day, and help guide you to a better nights rest.
